The fruit Garcinia Cambogia, also called malabar tamarind, grows across southwest India, Myanmar and Indonesia.
Garcinia cambogia is a small, pumpkin-shaped fruit. You may know it as tamarind. The key extract of the fruit is called hydroxycitric acid.
Garcina works in 2 ways, firstly, it suppress the appetite. Secondly, it works by blocking an enzyme called citrate lyase which is the one responsible for converting carbohydrates into fats and sugars.
I mix a combination of garcinia cambogia with another herb called gymnema sylvestre for better results.
